At this time, we are currently only offering shipping to Canada and the USA. Parcels will be shipped via Canada Post + USPS and tracking numbers will sent to you once your order has shipped. Faded Fields is not responsible for packages lost or stolen or for any custom duties.
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for orders within Canada and a flat rate shipping fee of $20 for all orders within the USA.
If you are local to the Niagara region and would like to have your order delivered, there is a $5 delivery fee per order. Please select ‘Local Delivery’ in the Shipping option upon checkout. You will receive an e-mail once your order has been received to schedule a delivery time.
If you place multiple orders before your items have been delivered, I will happily refund any additional delivery fees so that you only pay once.
Free local pick-up is available in Port Colborne, Ontario.
Refunds or exchanges are currently not accepted at this time.
Please refer to the measurements included within each listing description to determine sizing. All measurements provided are flat lay.
(If you are unsure of the sizing, I recommend comparing the given measurements against a garment that you already own)
I also kindly ask that you refer to the care instructions on each garment or good in order to take proper care of your Faded Fields pieces.
Due to the nature of natural dye, colour may fade with time or shift from acidity—this is normal and adds to the beauty.
